For the best pictures, ensure you have good lighting—natural light is ideal—and try to use a solid background to keep the focus on you. Now that you've piqued someone's interest in the Reset with your testimony post, it's time to reach out with a private message.

Remember the folder you set up in ChatGPT for step 1? You can use it again to write new posts. It's a good idea to share your personal stories about how things have changed for you, doing this about twice a week. This keeps your followers interested.

As you notice your health getting better in new ways, you don't have to keep it to yourself. Update your story with these improvements. Here's how: Go back to ChatGPT, tell it about the new positive changes in your health, and ask it to update your story with this new information. ChatGPT will help you add these updates to your existing story, making it richer and more inspiring for everyone who reads it.



STEP 7: CREATE ENGAGEMENT POSTS ON CHAT GPT
Use Chat GPT to create engagement posts for your social media up to 4 days a week so that you are reaching more of your audience. Social media wants  you to be social so always ask a question some examples of Chat Gpt prompts are.

The purpose of building your story is not to go tell it to everyone you meet as soon as you see them. You prepare your story so that you know what you want to say when you've done the steps below of finding their need. Stories are how you show that you have an answer that will fill that need for them. 

Use the following format and prompts to build your story.  You'll want to write it up and have a strong sense of what you would tell someone.  Make sure to review Step 1-B at the bottom of this section.  Knowing a handful of testimonies will help you fill more needs for people


  1. Things that were wrong. 
The reason I started to focus on my health was because I had ________ issues. (e.g., no energy, overweight, stiffness in joints)

STEP 2: FIND OUT HOW THE RESET WOULD HELP THEM
People open up differently in person than they do online.  There is a bit of a dance that happens in conversation, and we need to respect that and dance along.

This step is all about asking questions!  Get to know the person.  If you are an introvert, this is PERFECT for you!  This way of sharing is going to align with your style so well! Here are some simple strategies that make conversation easy.  When you do this, it will let them know you genuinely care, and it will help you to find their need(s).  There are 4 main categories for asking questions.   We like to call them FORD.

What you are looking for in these questions is the off-hand comment that you can find out more about.  Pocket these so you can circle back around and ask more about them.  

These questions are meant to get the conversation going.  From there, let it go where it flows.  Ask open ended questions if you can think of it.

FAMILY:  Tell me about your family.  (Are you married?  Do you have children?  How many/how old/boys or girls?  Do you live near your relatives?  Do you have pets?)  

OCCUPATION:  So, I hear you’re a _______ tell me about that/what’s that like. So, what do you with your time when you’re not (doing the thing they are doing currently)?  What kind of work to you do?  Do you like it?  How long have you done that?  Is there something you would like to be doing?

RECREATION:  What do you like to do for fun when you’re not doing _____ (job)?  What do you like about doing that?  How often do you get to do that?  Would you like to do it more?  What does it cost to do that?  

DREAMS:  (You need unspoken permission from previous conversation to ask these).  Why do you do _______ (job)?  What do you love about it?  What do you not like about it?  What are your dreams?  If it’s a side-gig - most people aren't doing _______ why are you?

(Write down other questions you could ask that fall in these category.  The more questions you have ready to ask, the better!)

Somewhere in their answers, you’ve found some needs.   Maybe they mentioned wanting to lose a few pounds, or have more energy, never sleeping, or they want to have more free time or cash.   Or even something bigger. 
STEP 3: SHARE YOUR STORY (OR SOMEONE ELSE'S)
Reflect back on their challenges and struggles and show compassion.  “That sounds really ________.  I get how (name the struggle)”

The reason I get that is because. . .
  1. That was me ______ ago  Can I tell you about it?
  2. I just heard another story that reminds me of this.  Do you want to hear about it?
Either tell the story if they have the time, or book a time to get together with them.

LEARN HOW TO ASK QUESTIONS
Let me ask you this, if you went to a Drs. office, sat down, and he didn't ask you a single question but handed you a script.... would you fill it???

Sometimes that is how we share our links in Young Living. We get so excited when someone says they are interested in our products we instantly send a link without asking any further questions. They do not fill that order because we did not ask questions to ensure that our products fit their needs.
 
Below I am going to give you an example conversation, and you can take ideas on how to ask questions from it. 

Me- "Hey Sally, I saw your comment on my posts about the 14 Day Reset. It is hard to be vulnerable with the areas I am needing to see change in, but when I see comments like yours, I am encouraged to keep sharing. So, thank you for that!   I would love to share what I have been doing with you to see if this is something you would like to do with me?"
 
Sally- "Yeah I would be interested in learning more, for sure. Who doesn't need to lose a few lbs and gain more energy?"
 
Me- "You got that right. So tell me more about your current health and what areas you want to see improved?"
 
Sally- "Well like I said I want to lose some lbs & I need more energy, but I struggle with diets because of sugar cravings."
 
Me- "Oh girl I feel yeah there. I used to be a chocaholic. I really feel the 1 supplement we use is the key to controlling my sugar cravings. Also my energy levels are incredible, and it lasts all day. Tell me what have you done in the past that didn't work for you? I want to make sure that I am helping you the best I can."
